What you are buying
A subscription to Nudged, a plugin for Claude that reads your email for commitments and dated plans and keeps them on a board and your calendar. It is sold by Dockhand Inc., an Ontario corporation (HST 773423777RT0001), and billed monthly through Stripe until you cancel. The CA$9 monthly price includes 13% HST for Canadian subscribers.
What you need
A Claude plan that includes the Claude desktop app and Claude Code (Pro, Max or Team at the time of writing), with Gmail and Google Calendar connected. Nudged runs inside your Claude and only while the desktop app is open. Claude usage consumed by the plugin counts against your Claude plan, not ours.
Licence
Your licence key is for your own Claude accounts and devices. Do not share it or resell access. The plugin checks the key before each run and stops working when a subscription lapses, after a short grace period. The full licence is in the repository.
Cancelling and refunds
Cancel any time from the link in your Stripe receipt or at billing.stripe.com. Access continues to the end of the paid period. If Nudged did not work for you in your first 14 days, email hello@nudged.pro and we will refund that month.
What Nudged is not
Nudged is a reminder aid. It reads email with a language model, which can miss things and misread dates. It does not replace reading your email or checking your calendar, and we are not responsible for a missed delivery, appointment or deadline. It never sends email on your behalf.
Changes to the service
We may change how the plugin works or what it costs. Price changes apply from your next renewal after we tell you by email.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada.
